Carole Finn

Carole Finn works professionally in Ontario as a painter and printmaker. She has developed her artistic vision over years of training at Ontario Collage of Art & Design, York University Fine Arts and The Haliburton School of The Arts.

Carole continues to paint major works of Vancouver Island’s West Coast. Over the next 2 years she will continue to show new works at Black Rock Resort, Ucluelet and at the Wickaninnish Inn in Tofino. In 2012 Carole hopes to publish the paintings in a book about the Pacific Rim’s Trails and Beaches.

As a teenager in Peterborough chosen to be part of special extramural art courses for training High
School students of exceptional talent under the patronage of Robertson Davies noted Canadian author,
then editor of a newspaper, Peterborough Examiner
1960: Became a teacher, won scholarship to attend OCAD for four summers Courses of 8 weeks to
become Teacher Art Specialist.
