I would assume it's a signed, open edition print.
Artist's Proofs are typically marked A/P,
Printer's Proofs P/P, both are often numbered.

We have blackfish sound and Indian arm. They are signed by Bruce in pencil and named but no print number or run number. We purchased them in California over 25 years ago as a pair. Is this an artist proof or just a print?

Hi. I am looking for information on a print titled "Kingdom of the Orca" #259/500 and signed. I have only ever seen one online and it was selling for $2100. There is no date on this. It is large and in frame size 43" x 31". What I am asking for is when what this printing and anything else related to it. It seems there is not much or anything at all about this print or painting. This is what it looks like

I don't normally appraise art from secondary markets but I can tell you that Bruce's work has slowly and steadily increased in value, especially the original paintings.
Any image, print or painting from Bruce Muir is and will continue be collectible.

<strong><a href="#comment-1928" rel="nofollow"> Jennifer </a> :</strong>Hello. We bought several prints back in about the year 2000 of Bruce’s work. They are pretty much all that hangs on our walls, with many compliments from all who have seen them. I’m looking at buying a print of “Skeena Steelhead” as we are moving north to Terrace where we will be running another small fishing business and I’d love to have that as part of our collection. Can you contact me with how and where to purchase if possible? Cheers Jennifer</blockquote>

Charles! Teri Freeman (now in TX) suggested I Google you (duh) & voila! I tried Facebook to no avail, but visit my FB via Hedge Graphics - Artist Representative! Or, just email me! 17 years in Glendale horse property, very involved in community advocacy, gardening, hiking, yoga, cats--and horses, of course. And to surviving in this economy, like everyone. Still repping, just had 68th b-day. So glad you're doing art, wherever you are (Vancouver?)! Your "sentry" sculpture and big blue painting still grace my office, other goodies elsewhere in the house! Contact me! Miss you!

Hi Mark - congratulations! You have a great selection of artists and I look forward to driving up and seeing your work. I have been a friend of Joan Larson's for some time and I think she gave me your name when you did giclee prints in Nanaimo on Bradley St. Is that the same? In any case, I love some of the work you are displaying and will come by soon.
Cheers!

In 1983 I purchased a 5 piece series of lithographs from you. Titled Lieutenant Landscape, Still life Trytich towers, etc. Are you the Charles Villiers Of these works? They are all framed and hanging in our home, and we love them as much and even more then when we purchased them from you. I remember we were in a home in Los Angeles and you were a young struggling artist. My girlfriend also bought a series. Would love to hear from you,,,,,,,,

I was on the Mark Penney Gallery and saw Bruce Muir's paintings. I have a print of his called "Reflections of Power"...it wasn't in the list of his paintings on this site. Would like to know what this print might be worth. Thank you,
